We contribute to the development of the professional compliance community in Russia and access to best practices since 2012.
The Russian non-profit organization "The National Association of Compliance (NAC)" was founded in 2012 to develop the system of compliance in Russia.
Competence.
The National Association of Compliance unites more than 40 compliance experts, including experts in internal control and audit, corporate security and law.
Standards.
Experts of the National Association of Compliance develop the following industry standards:
- "The system of compliance" CMS 2015 RU NAC
- "Anti-corruption compliance" CMS AC 2015 RU NAC
The National Compliance Association Center was established
Public service and educational activities.
The National Association of Compliance is a member of the Business Safety Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the member of the Anti-corruption charter of the russian businessIt also organizes training courses and seminars on the system of compliance at the leading Russian Universities: Moscow State University, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Russian State University of Tourism and Services Studies, Kutafin Moscow State Law University and Russian State University of Justice.
International experience.
The National Association of Compliance is an active participant in russian and international events, that contribute to the development and spreading of compliance in the Russian Federation. Sharing experiences and best practices gives us an opportunity to introduce new effectiveapproaches to compliance.

NAC is a member of the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA).
Membership comprises of national compliance bodies from around the world that have been established for the benefit of their members (one representative per country).
